Dates and Deadlines
Because space is limited, you will want to reserve your space on this tour as soon as you can confirm your interest.
It is possible that the tour will sell out well in advance of the deadlines given below.
If you decide after August 1, 2012 that you are interested in this tour, please contact us. We may have cancellations and we may
be able to allow late-comers.
Your deposit and payment is not considered to be received until it is received by the Tour Organizer - Marigold India Tours.
If you pay your travel agent, please ensure that the deadline dates are understood. Payment merely to your travel agent does not
constitute payment to the tour coordinator. See Booking Your Reservation for details on how to pay for your reservation.
All payments are to be sent to Flite II Travel Agency.
As soon as you want to confirm your space on this tour, make your non-refundable, non-transferrable deposit of 200.00.

The absolute deadline for our receipt of your deposit is August 1, 2012. However, donít wait. The tour may sell out sooner than
August 1st. Space is limited.
A payment of $2.000.00 is due by September 1, 2012. See Book

The final payment of $1,285 is due by October 1, 2012.

We must have names of travelers and passport information with the final payment, on or before October 1, 2012. We cannot extend
this deadline. Without your final payment, traveler names, and required passport information by October 1st, we will release your space
on the tour and immediately open it up to a waiting list.

It is possible that, after booking the tour, either WE or YOU will find a need to cancel. The timetable below describes cancellation
penalties by date. We urge you to purchase trip insurance from your travel agent, in the event that you may need to cancel for reasons
beyond your control.

If WE cancel the tour due to not meeting our minimum number requirement Ė you will be informed by August 10, 2012. If we did not get
enough interest and cancel the tour in August, your deposit (even though considered to be non-refundable) will be returned to you.
If WE cancel the tour due to other unforeseen circumstances, return of any payments made will be handled on a facts and circumstances
basis. We recommend that you purchase trip insurance through your travel agent.
If you cancel after paying toward this trip, please review the timetable below for return of some of your funds. We strongly urge you
to purchase trip insurance, in the event of your needing to cancel. You may be reimbursed for the non-refundable expense through the
trip insurance carrier. Talk to your travel agent.
Cancellations must be in writing. You may e-mail your cancellation, but you must follow up with a telephone call to complete your
If YOU cancel before August 1, 2012, your $200.00 is non-refundable, but no other funds are due.
If YOU cancel between August 1 and September 1, (or you fail to pay the second payment of $2,000.00 by September 1st, and thereby lose
your space on our tour), the $200.00 deposit is non-refundable, but no other funds are due. If you have paid the $2,000.00 payment,
it will be returned to you.
If YOU cancel between September 2 and October 1, (or you fail to pay the third payment of $1,285.00 by October 1st, and thereby lose
your space on our tour), you will receive a refund of $1,500.00. Your $200.00 deposit is non-refundable, and $500 of your $2,000
second payment is non-refundable. If you have paid the $1,285.00, it will be returned to you.
If YOU cancel between October 2 and November 1, you will receive a refund of $1,285.00. Your $200.00 deposit is non-refundable,
and we will retain an additional $2,000 to pay the non-refundable ticketed airline fees and other costs we will have already incurred
such as non-refundable deposits for hotel and tour guides.
If YOU cancel on or after November 2, 2012, (or do not show up in New Delhi on November 4, 2012), you will forfeit 100% of the amount
We URGE you to obtain trip insurance to help protect you in case of unavoidable cancellation. For a qualifying claim, you may be
able to receive reimbursement of your forfeited dollars through the insurance carrier. Please talk with your travel agent.
